I coach professionals, and work with founders, MDs, business owners and senior teams.

I also work with coaches.

I usually work with clients over a three-to-six-month period, although each programme is tailored to the individual requirements and circumstances of the client.

Coaching sessions take place via video calls, mobile calls or in person where clients are based in Cornwall.

As well as one-to-one personal coaching, my years working as an intrinsic part of a senior management team, leading the people element, has shown me the value of inviting coaching into a commercial setting.
